By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Wells Circuit Court of Wells County, Indiana, in Cause No. 90C01-0806-MF-00054 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Tina Lyon, Deceased were/was Defendant(s), required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 7 day of Jan., at the hour of 1 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Wells County Sheriff's Department, 1615 West Western Avenue, Bluffton, IN 46714, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Wells County, Indiana.
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, in Township 26 North, Range 12 East, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a stone in the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 3, thence North in the West line of said Southeast Quarter 470 feet, which point shall be the place of beginning and running east 200 feet, thence north 100 feet, thence West 200 feet to the west line of said Southeast quarter of section 3, thence South in said West line 100 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.46 more or less.
