NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Wells County, Indiana, in Cause No. 90C01-0803-MF-00039, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC f/k/a CENTEX HOME EQUITY COMPANY, LLC was Plaintiff, and HUGH E. CROUSE, KIM L. CROUSE, and DAVID J. DEDRICK were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 7 day of January, 2009, at the hour of 1 p.m., at the Wells County Sheriff’s Department, Bluffton, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Wells County, Indiana:
FIFTY-SEVEN (57) FEET OF EVEN WIDTH OFF OF THE ENTIRE NORTH END OF LOTS NUMBERED 155 AND 156 AS KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE RECORDED PLAT OF R.W. & J.W. TOWNLEY’S SOUTH ADDITION TO THE TOWN, NOW CITY, OF BLUFFTON.
Commonly known as: 916 South Mulberry Street, Bluffton, Indiana 46714,
together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
